That’s why our office is participating in the 2019 Start School smiling campaign developed by the Alberta Dental Association & College.
This campaign will provide a free dental exam, with bitewing x-rays if needed, to students under the age of 7!

What's included in the Campaign?
Free Dental Exam
Our dentists will do a thorough exam and will make sure that a variety of aspects of your child’s oral health are carefully checked. We will also educate your child about their oral health habits at home and help them understand the importance of taking care of their teeth!
2 Free X-Rays
Under certain circumstances, to ensure that we do a thorough exam we will take X-rays of your child’s teeth. Similar to Adult X-Rays, our clinic will take 2 Bitewing X-Rays for your child to ensure that our dentists can see beyond just the surface of their teeth.

What's included in the visit?
Developed by the ADA&C, the Start School Smiling campaign will provide a free dental exam, with bitewing x-rays if needed, to students under the age of 7.
Is it actually free?
Yes! It is, every year the Alberta Dental Association allows all dentists to participate in a program that gives back to the community.
The ADA&C is excited to launch Start School Smiling this fall in the hopes of reaching many young children who have limited access to care,” said Dr. Tony Odenbach, president of the Alberta Dental Association & College.
All students under the age of 7 will be able to receive 2 complimentary X-rays as well as a free dental exam with one of our dentists valued at $150!
When does the campaign end?
The Campaign will run until October 31st, 2019.
What happens if my child needs treatment?
If your child needs any treatment, we will gladly book them in for an appointment. At our clinic, we are committed to making sure that all of our treatment plans are as affordable as possible. Our pricing structure follows the Alberta Dental Association Fee Guide.
We don’t want financing to be an issue, so that’s why we provide monthly payment plans for all of our patients.
What do I have to do?
